studio[Ci] Director Constance Bodurow, who is also a licensed Building Inspector and Plan Reviewer in several states, is supporting the City of Asheville Development Services Department [DSD] by facilitating Early Assistance (EA) Meetings for proposed downtown development. In addition, she is assuring North Carolina Building Code (NCBC) code compliance via Plan Review and customer service support for Commercial Building projects.
